 What do you take into consideration when you develop a strategy?

 The customer
 -You have to understand what is happening in the market.What are your customer's problems? How are your customer's channels of supply changing?

 The competition
 -You must know how the competition is satisfying the customer's present and anticipated requirements. Who is the benchmark in the industry for a given requirement. Can you steal beg and borrow? Or even develop your own distinct advantage.

 The competence
-You. This is what your strengths and weaknesses will mean in the world of changed requirements.

 Not everyone did always get it right.
